The TRILLIUM Package
 
The Trillium home picture is shown without the optional stone fireplace.  This property has a permanent residence/home to the left and an old recreational camp (no longer in use) on the right.  Minimal trees have been removed from either side of the lot preserving as much privacy as possible, and the neighbour has built a lattice fence adding to the privacy.

Standing at the shoreline, the view of the Gull River is blocked by small trees and scrub. When the smaller trees and scrub are removed mature trees will remain to allow for privacy. The shoreline forms a small bay and when clear will leave a hard packed sand beach. There are no houses opposite the property and there is an expanse of land between the opposite shore and Deep Bay Rd., allowing even more privacy to the future owners.

Panoramic view of the Gull River and surrounding countryside from the living room of the house viewing from the left (towards Gull Lake) to the right (towards the town of Minden).  This is the view you will have from your floor to ceiling cathedral windows. This picture is a combination of 4 photos and isn't nearly as impressive (or as wide) as the real thing.  What an amazing view on a gorgeous autumn day!
